Our all-levels course is a bridge between our beginner and advanced classes. Like the beginner classes, we begin with a warmup involving Jiu-Jitsu specific movements, follow the warmup with technique instruction and practice, and finish with positional drilling and free sparring. Typically, the all-levels course will focus on techniques from the beginner curriculum, but in a more strenuous, 90 minute class.
