Joe Atwell

Joe has been around grappling since he was 7. His grappling career started in wrestling and continued all the way through college. He wrestled for Central College in Iowa. He later moved to Buffalo, New York in 2019 where he started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He moved to the Lincoln, NE area in May of 2024 and been here since.
