YOUTH CLASSES (All youth classes are co-ed)
Youth BJJ Little Spiders (4-7 years of age) - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at its most basic. This is a co-ed class focusing on body control, following directions, basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and of course having fun!
Youth BJJ Fundamentals (8-15 years of age) - This is a co-ed class introducing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu basics. Suitable for youth regardless of previous athletic experience.
Youth BJJ Advanced (8-15 years of age) - This is a co-ed class covering more advanced techniques building on fundamentals and more competition oriented. For gray-black belts and up (or w/instructor permission).
Youth BJJ All-Levels (8-15 years of age) No Gi - This is a co-ed class focusing on techniques without a gi.
Youth MMA (8-15 years of age) - This is a co-ed class Introducing basic striking techniques for self defense and MMA.
ADULT CLASSES
Adult BJJ Fundamentals - A 24-week curriculum introduces new students to the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Adult BJJ All-Levels - Course material is drawn from the beginner curriculum, but in a longer, more strenuous workout.
Adult BJJ Advanced - Teaches advanced positions and techniques. For blue belts and up (or w/instructor permission).
Adult BJJ Women's Only Class - For women only, suitable for all-levels, new or existing students.
Adult BJJ Executive Class (35+) - This class is designed specifically for individuals who are 35 years of age and over. It is an all-levels class, focusing on technique, how to train smart and stay safe, and how to train within one’s ability level.

Judo for BJJ - Judo (takedowns in gi) adapted for modern Jiu-Jitsu.
Adult No Gi Takedowns - Covers basic aspects of takedowns for no-gi BJJ and submission grappling.
Adult Striking and Padwork - Introduces basic striking techniques for self defense and MMA.
MMA All levels - Introduces basic striking, grappling and transitional techniques for MMA.
MMA Advanced - Teaches advanced MMA techniques and sparring. For blue belts and up (or w/instructor permission).
Cardio Kickboxing - High energy workout using punches and kicks in a fast-paced cardio session.
Yoga (Jiu-Jitsu Vinyasa) - Jiu-Jitsu Vinyasa incorporates traditional Yoga poses along with Jiu-Jitsu specific movement drills, mobility and functional range conditioning exercises, along with breath work to elevate your fitness and improve your game. This non-spiritual style is great for beginners and the yoga-curious.
